Hip-Gnosis
Hip-Gnosis
In ancient times, the Oracle of Delphi challenged us, "Know thyself" (gnōthi seauton). The maxim was prominently displayed at the Temple of Apollo* in Greece, serving as a reminder to individuals to understand their place in the world and their mortal nature. Socrates adopted this, famously stating "the unexamined life is not worth living," using it to argue that true knowledge begins with introspection
Hypnosis** has a history spanning over 4,000 years, with roots in ancient spiritual and healing rituals. It is present in various cultures across the world. Hypnosis is a state in which the conscious mind is distracted or preoccupied, allowing specifically constructed statements or suggestions to bypass conscious thoughts and access the subconscious mind. Hypnosis serves as a channel for communication between the conscious and the subconscious.
“Hip-Gnosis,” is a play on words, designed for contemporary times "hip" being an early 20th-century American slang term that originally referred to someone who was aware, or knowledgeable. The word “gnosis” derives from the Greek gnōsis, which means "a knowing, knowledge; being known".
Many human challenges—like habits, stress, anxiety, attitudes, or perceived shortcomings—often stem from subconscious beliefs. When these underlying thoughts become conscious, it can help people address and potentially overcome specific problems. The subconscious is the seat of all memory. Hypnotherapy can reveal hidden experiences, helping resolve underlying problems.
*Prior the the temple being dedicated to Apollo, both the temple and the Oracle belonged to Gaia (Earth Mother), and was thought to be built at the very center of the world; the navel. **"Hypnosis" derives from the Greek word hypnos (sleep) and the suffix -osis (condition), referencing Hypnos, the Greek god of sleep.
Past Life Regression
- DNA -
This is your library
The central realization of past life regression is that individuals possess a spiritual component that is confined within physical form. The subconscious, containing all memories – including cellular – stores information. This information, these memories, can extend across generations and are thought to be encoded in our DNA. Essentially, our DNA serves as a library not only for our current bloodline but also as a means by which to access memories of other lives. Tapping into ancestral memory can help us better understand ourselves in our current lives. Accessing this library through hypnosis can help identify the source of behavioral patterns and even physical issues addressing and bringing understanding and healing to your current life.

Gnosis
Gnosis is knowledge. Know this.
Hypnosis cannot control your mind, force you to act against your will or values; it is a cooperative state for focused relaxation.
Hypnosis cannot cure serious diseases, it can however help you become more of a partner in your own holistic path toward wellness, when used in combination with allopathic, or integrative modalities.
